The lady that comes out is very disrespectful , late all the timr , do not respond when patient has been in a hospital argues I'm front of my 70 year old wheelchair bound ,non verbal mother never wears a mask in the home ,never take any time to hear concerns I have had to ask her leave my home serval times and she refused until I had to use profanity in front of mother to get her out my home DO NOT , USE THESE DOCTORS NOR COMPANY,if u value your loved ones trust there are not suitable. Appointment are challenging, there is a two hour window, actual arrival is usually 2 hrs past the window.
Dr Uzair Munsey is our mom physican and he's very kind gentle and knowledgeable our family love that and we are so grateful our mom care has improved since he's been with us.Dr Munsey takes time to explain what we don't understand and always having time answer question and address our concerns.Thank you so much Dr Munsey
on 3/16/20, the doctor,that had been coming to my house,monthly, had his nurse/assistant, call me and said that thendoctor would not be coming to my house , for several months, if not longer. he had been my doctor for 4to5 years. i have called the vpa office 2 times re need for help to get a refill on a medication. no responce. what do i do now?
