Care quality, communication & follow up has greatly decreased since December 2025. After continued issues I have chosen to transfer care to another medical practice.
Beware of this company!! They scheduled an appointment for my Mother without her permission or knowledge. She has not been a patient of theirs in over 6 months. I called them twice and left voicemails to cancel. They called me back to say they scheduled her in error as a “new patient setup”. I just received an “healthcare summary” from Vanessa. She’s claiming to have seen my mom and filled out this bogus healthcare summary. It has to be insurance scam related. I will be reporting this to the state.
I have been with this company for 15 years and I have started having symptoms 6 years ago something seriously wrong but I was told I had a rich man's disease when I said what's that they said I eat too much red meat. I don't eat red meat my wheelchair needs to be replaced but I'm still waiting after 7 months for the doctor to do anything and when I beg him to contact me or call me he won't contact me he sends somebody else out. My Nurse Practioner Billie and Medical Assistant Danielle are wonderful! They show me they care and will do whatever Is needed to provide care. I'm very appreciative of their concern for me!!
