over the years, billing errors, a year later billing for forgotten charges and late shipments. now, they changed my cpap mask to a different model from over 2 years ago that I had tried and didn't like. I have had many masks over the years. They said I confirmed the name to them, so its mine and there is nothing they can do. I am out of luck. Looks like I need to go back to online purchasing of products.
They don’t return phone calls. I’ve been trying to get a evaluation done on my grandma for about 3 months. “Marty” was supposed to call us back and she never did. I’ve even left voicemails.
My father is elderly and partially under the care of these people but I suspect abuse by a third party. They are also the agency in charge of investigating abuse. They are very unprofessional in their investigation and will not return my calls. I do not know if they have bothered to investigate. Their level of professionalism is unsatisfactory and their conduct is deserving of a formal investigation and legal action.
