I don't even know where to begin. Art from visiting nurses dragged my dad around set up appointments and then he had somebody else call last minute to change it to the point of my father said forget it it's not worth it. Even though I talk to the manager Beth about this a week before he still continued to do this. I would recommend anyone but them!! Why Care Plus uses them as beyond me.
