All I have to say is that The Visiting Nurse is the best company! The employees are professional, caring, and extremely helpful — they truly know what they’re doing. I especially want to mention Yennifer, the RN who comes to care for my mother. OMG, she is absolutely amazing! I love her attitude, her kindness, and how gentle and attentive she is. I would have her here every day if I could. I’m beyond satisfied with the care my mother receives. Thank you all for the incredible work you do — keep it up!
I can honestly say this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. I don’t usually write reviews, and I’m not being biased — I’ve worked for other home health agencies and hospitals, but this is the only place where I’ve truly felt at home and supported. Beth and Michael in the office are absolutely wonderful — always kind, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile for both staff and patients. I don't even know where to begin. Art from visiting nurses dragged my dad around set up appointments and then he had somebody else call last minute to change it to the point of my father said forget it it's not worth it. Even though I talk to the manager Beth about this a week before he still continued to do this. I would recommend anyone but them!! Why Care Plus uses them as beyond me.
