TIPS: Put your expectations in writing to the doctors. Demand a consultation with doctors - and don't give up until you get one. Be sure to observe care in person daily. Be proactive; copy medical records and give them for review. Explore all options. Be the advocate, be proactive. Don't find yourself disappointed.

Visiting nurse was not there for us when my dad died. They rarely showed up and when they did they were full of excuses. In my dads final days we had one 10 minute visit. During that visit the nurse, after being told my dad wasn’t swallowing, shoved a peppermint pattie into my dad’s mouth. I had to quickly get a wet cloth and get it out of his mouth. She assured us she’d come everyday. Guess what? She never showed! We were left on our own googling the final stages of death. When we finally got Ginger to call us back she said... read more

This place is amazing. My mom was there for a week and it felt like we'd known the staff for a lifetime. They are very friendly, caring, compassionate people who not only took care of her but us, too. This place is beautiful, too. The garden gave me a great escape to clear my mind and relax. Thank you all! I leave you with my mom's motto. #DontWorryBeHappy

Business response:

We were blessed to care for your mom. Thank you for trusting us to provide her care.

Visiting Nurse was amazing in their care of my mother-in-law. Every person from the multiple nurses to the office staff were so compassionate. After her death they reached out to offer grief counseling to both my husband and myself. I’m just the daughter in law but they knew how special she was to me. I highly recommend this agency when care of your loved one is needed. They never turn anyone away.

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words. We were honored to care for your family.

Thank you for caring for my brother Tim these last two days of his earthly life. It brought me much comfort since my husband and I couldn't get to IN in time. Thank you, Vicki for understanding Tim's needs and helping me get him the care needed. This is our third loved one you have cared for and I knew my IN family was in excellent care. Tim is celebrating Christmas with his Savior.

Business response:

We were honored to care for your brother and your other family members. Thank you for entrusting us with your family at these times of need.
