My mom applied for CCS. P services. She was denied because someone sent in the wrong medical records. We did not receive any correspondence about this situation. Now, I\n Have to start a whole new application.
Case Manager Sullivan and staff that knowing wrong, very deceitful , direspectfull added false statements and very negative i feel sorry for people how really need help a.
I want to thank Hospice of Atlanta for the compassionate care they provided during Pablo’s final days, and especially for the bereavement support they continued to offer 13 months after his passing. The grief group they invited me to was something I deeply needed at that time. In addition, my visits with Paulette Slawson were key to my wellbeing. Her caring, attentive nature helped me navigate the most difficult months after my dear Pablo passed. I truly felt heard, supported, and appreciated.
Visiting Nurse Health System | Hospice Atlanta provided excellent care for my wife in her final days with her cancer journey. The nurses and CNA's were so kind, compassionate, and caring. I am grateful to the whole team. They provide excellent grief support afterwards which was so helpful to me as I learned to move forward in life without my wife. This company’s treatment of new hires raises serious concerns about discrimination, lack of professionalism, and poor leadership judgment. During orientation, there were repeated communication failures caused by the company itself, including unclear reporting locations, incorrect or changing instructions, and last-minute schedule changes that were not verbally communicated.
