This company would have gotten a one if it wasn't for one nurse who was outstanding. We had one night that we called the nurse and they never came out or called back. One day they couldn't get the medication my wife needed to be in comfort. These are things you cannot fix or apologize for, once it happens that is the end of it. I would not go with VNA.
