This place will treat you like you are worthless, they have pushed back me getting refills on my meds for months now
Long wait times. Scheduling with wrong doctor. Forgetting about you once you are in an exam room for over an hour. Unprofessional.
Literally had me waiting around for an hour in the room just to be told that they don’t administer the vaccine I needed. Like why even take my vitals and weight. Can’t even do their job correctly!!
Their LGBTQ+ division is a joke. EVERY provider in that department should be able to provide HRT to transgender individuals. EVERY front desk associate should be using the pronouns on their patient portal. And now, the transgender community who relies on the VNA is left up the creek without a paddle.
