The availability of the appointments wasn't that great and I didn't have the greatest experience here in the past but figured I'd see if things had improved over the years. It didn't. The phone representatives were straight up dishonest in their answers to my questions. I booked my appointment, waited, and then was in the exam room when I found out I was lied to. this dumb place had a whole conversation with me a week prior of my appointment i told them very specifically I had work at this time. I also had told them I change my work schedule to do this appointment they understood and set me for when i’m free. fast forward till a day before the appointment they call saying that it had to be rescheduled.
