I tried going to the VNA because it's close to my home, but unfortunately when I called the lady who answered the phone didn't understand me, her accent was extremely thick i couldn't understand her and she didn't understand I was trying to make an appointment she couldn't answer my questions because she didn't understand what I was trying to say. I made an appointment to be seen for a toothache. I was given a rinse and told to make an appointment to come back for a cleaning and a dental Check up. The appointment I got was three months out. I waited the three months, Only to get a call the Friday before my appointment to tell me the doctor wouldn’t be in and they wanted to schedule me for three months further down the line which would’ve been June or July.
