This is actually from Terrell Snyder, daughter of Marylou Snyder. When my mother was getting out of Good Shepherd for rehab, VA was the most prompt in responding to my contacts of any agency. They were very accommodating, working with her schedule to get out of of the facility despite terrible snows, being flexible about her schedule as things went along, and keeping in close touch with me about everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a responsive and responsible agency to help their loved ones.
I am writing to commend Kadence Brunner. She is a delightful young woman. She is personable, kind and willing to do whatever is needed. I can highly recommend her.
