I have nothing but good things to say about Visiting Angels. Most of my interactions with the office staff have been with April Driscoll and Angie Braun. Both have been professional and kind and I feel they have my best interest in mind. I am constantly referring people to VA!
They have been very helpful. I do like their structure...they have ppl dealing with scheduling, you & problems that are very professional. Where the actual caregivers need only focus on clients/patient. I also like that they are many. If one Angel needs time away, they can schedule someone else. Your loved one isn't left alone.

My parents are in their 80s, and we have used Angels from the Eldersburg branch and they are fantastic. They aren't just aides. We and my parents have formed personal relationships with them over several years like family. They help with everything they need, especially the things that are harder to manage - groceries, meals, meds. You name it.
