Went for an interview, no management showed up, the office was closed. I contacted them and received an unfriendly reply. Unbelievable.. If a company acts defensively when being called out on their mistakes, I'd stay clear of them and definitely wouldn't sign a contract with them. Read reviews from different areas of Pennsylvania. Some have gotten good teviews, some areas report exactly what I just reported here.

I don’t usually give poor reviews, but this company has really caused me grief. My husband employed them in early 2024 to give me a few hours respite from caring for him. He has since passed away from Parkinsons. The care was ok, but the last day he had scheduled was cancelled within the required time frame. Somehow the message from one office to the other didn’t get there and he was charged. Months of insisting that the call was in time, they finally stopped billing.
