Had visiting angels come in for my dad. Shannon who does the scheduling was not consistent with the couple of caretakers that we wanted. Also there was some missed days from where they had no one to come in to take care of him. With empty promises from her, we had their service for only a month.

My interaction with staff here in the Augusta office has been a great experience. Ms. Porter and her team have demonstrated great professionalism and has been very helpful in addressing concerns with both clients and employees. They are empathetic towards addressing the needs of their clients and their PCAs and CNAs through active listening and finding a resolution to problems. I recommend them.

If we could give this company 20 stars we would! We had a last minute emergency and needed help for my aunt who lives alone and was discharging from AU. The hospital did not give us much warning AT ALL and we were extremely panicked. We called several agencies and no response because it was in the evening. We talked to a nice young lady in the after hours and minutes later got a call from your nurse Ashley who was jus incredible.
