From beginning to end, we have had a very positive experience with Visiting Angels. We particularly adored our main caregiver. She was excellent with my father. We credit her with restoring his ability to walk after a hospital and nursing home stay. The owner, Jane, was very responsive to my calls and texts. My mother is a very independent 92-year-old until she fell and fractured her back in August. After an extended stay in a rehab center; I reached out to Visiting Angels of Tupelo -after getting rave reviews from friends of my mother. When I reached out to them, Jane Owens immediately responded to my inquiry and accessed my mother the next day. My mother used Visiting Angels in the evening so she could get much needed rest after caring for my father all day. Overall, they had great communication, were easy to work with and very compassionate.
Visiting Angels was definitely a God send. We were so overwhelmed with my mom on hospice and my dad coming home from rehab after an accident. Visiting Angels leader Jane came out and interviewed both of my parents and me and my siblings. She found out all about my parents and their needs. Visiting Angels was a true blessing for our family. They cared for my Dad with compassion and professionalism, both before and after he entered hospice. Every aide treated him with patience and kindness as they helped him stay as independent as possible. My siblings and I do not live nearby, so it gave us so much peace knowing he and Mom were being supported so well.
