Jennifer was always available to answer questions and followed up in person making sure the residents needs were being met.

I would recommend Visiting Angels for anyone who has family miles and miles away that need to be taken care of in their home. It was so easy to set up the initial visit and they took care of all the rest. Very very nice people to deal with.
Jennifer was great right from the start. She helped me to understand what my family needed in home care for my Mom and how to honestly evaluate and assess if we were getting what we needed. The aides provided by Visiting Angels were knowledgeable, considerate and compassionate when working with my Mom. And that put me at ease that she was being well-taken care of when I wasn't around to provide her with care myself.
I have utilized Visiting Angels of Orlando for several years. At the start, when I called to inquire about their service, I was impressed by their associate Laura who answer the phone. The staff is well trained and adaptable to meet the patients needs. The companion care is exceptional. I definitely feel at ease when they are providing care. Reliable, punctual and capable.
