unprofessional, I was supposed to have a interview & was told to wait and fill out an application then after I was done the lady that was supposed to interview me left and I was told she was in a meeting , then they told me she will follow up & call you to reschedule and I never got called it’s been a month . i understand I might not be qualified or whatever the case is but I should’ve still been accommodated .
Our experience with Visiting Angels (Bluemound) has been nothing short of excellent!! When looking for home care for our mother, Angela at Visiting Angels was able to take us on as a client when their schedule was already full. She was very flexible to our last minute needs and requirements. All the caregivers that came to us were caring, compassionate and gentle. IT is difficult to write a review in just a few words about Visiting Angels. I have the responsibility of managing the care of my sister who has numerous care needs due to her advancing age and CP….she is confined to a wheel chair, and at the beginning of the year was in the hospital for over a month, ICU, sepsis, C-Diff….after her release she went into a rehab faculty and during that time they changed her medications, did not provide her breathing treatments, left her dirty and lost all of her clothes. Visiting Angels were quickly able to work with us to provide caregivers ‘Angels’ to handle the daily schedule for 90 year old father. Enabling my sister who he lives with, to work without worrying about him getting up, eating, taking his meds, and daily Physical Therapy; allowed me to return to my home 300plus miles away after spending 2 months caring for my father after a medical crisis.
