Kerrigan is top notch!!! She is very caring and very helpful. The way she takes care for dad really shows her compassion. The housekeeping that she does is so helpful! We are so blessed to have her. Julie is a very calm presence and my dad really enjoys her company on Mondays .
I love working with Visiting Angels. The team does a wonderful job helping my aunt with a variety of needs. Diana and Tara are great to work with and take wonderful care of her. She would not be able to live on her own without Visiting Angels. They are a true partner, and I would be lost without them. They are very responsive, helpful, kind, patient, and understanding. Visiting Angels does not conduct thorough background checks and the aide stole from clients they were supposed to be caring for. Even with proof, Visiting Angels took no responsibility and did not help. Do not trust them with your loved ones. My mom (who was listed as POC) followed up and they were no help and did not offer compensation or follow up with any course of action or charges. Our experience with Visiting Angels was nothing but a positive one, our two caregivers Juanita and Brenda were the best fit for my mom and dad and cared for them deeply as one of their own. I am forever thankful for the times when I was given a break and Juanita or Brenda stepped into my place and cared for them with such kindness, respect and love.
The service that Visiting Angeles give is outstanding. Kayla my caregiver is exceptionally good at her job, caring for me and address's any new needs of my family and myself.
