Monica the lead coordinator has gone over and beyond any business will do for my mom and myself . She even filled in for care when a caregiver called off . She is always responsive and makes sure they can do all they can . She speaks to the facility administrator to help me and coordinates and makes sure each caregiver is trained properly with me so we are all on the same page . This is as personal as it can get . Visiting Angels Hawaii is comprised of an awesome staff. They really care about their clients and work hard to ensure proper staffing. The caregivers are friendly and good at what they do. Visiting Angels care deeply about the kapunas (seniors) they serve! They are compassionate and accountable with their home care service. I am specially grateful for Rona-Augustine Chun for being a source of kindness for all the kapunas she serve. Rona and the rest of the team are indeed angels!
