Randie Szczesny began working with us the first week in June, 2025. She had never worked with a dementia patient, but has learned first hand. She has adapted remarkably well, helping Bob with brain games, exercise, etc. Her happy demeanor and willingness to learn and help in whatever capacity is needed is like a breath of fresh air. She joins in on phone conferences with Karen and Kathryn, a gal who counsels us in use of the MapHabit program which helps Bob with memory work. We have been blessed to receive care from Tonya. It's great to find someone who cares about my grandparents as much as she does. Our whole family has been happy with her experience and knowledge guiding us through them aging in place.

Visiting Angels came into our life and home about a year ago. With 3 elderly parents in our multi-generational household, maintaining my work and giving our parents the supports they needed was not a sustainable task. We began using an “angel” for one parent, and over the past year, our “angel” is now working with all three of our parents. Marjorie Nix filled in for my husband's PCA while our regular gal took a vacation. Marjorie is a dynamo - full of life and energy, open to doing anything we asked of her. I hope and pray we will have reason to use her services again in the future. Whoever Marjorie works with will be blessed with her bubbly presence and her kind heart of service to others.

Visiting Angels here in Fairbanks was an incredible experience for us in providing care giving for our elderly family member, Jack. Linda was extraordinary in her skills, care, and confidence. She and Jack formed an excellent bond, and he genuinely looked forward to seeing her.
