Visiting Angels is organized, efficient and compassionate. Each interaction has been positive and their “customer first” mentality is evident. Having used caregivers in multiple states, this is by far our best experience. Our caregiver is amazing. She is caring and comforting while ensuring to show complete respect to the customer. We could not be happier with our experience.

Called and asked a few questions about their services and they were very unusually curt and disrespectful. They mentioned they could not relay information regarding their “pricing/services within that area” over and over again. They basically said each person has a different price based on an interview/“in-home” consultation. Did not feel comfortable with the manner in which I was talked to or treated over the phone. Would highly recommend those to look past this company.
