April and Carlos and their team have consistently come through for our family in providing care for my father and step mother - changing schedules, changing needs, even changing clients. Much has changed in my parent’s lives since we first started using this service in 2023 and I don’t know how they do it, but when things have been most difficult for us they did an exceptional job of sorting out what we needed and then providing exactly that.

Life comes at you fast. When a loved one needs in-home care just in time might be too late. Barely two months after setting up service my mom's doctor recommended she stop driving. Thanks to the team at Visiting Angels we were able to keep her basic needs fulfilled while she continued to live at home. Our caregiver drove her to appointments, they bought groceries together, and prepared meals. Visiting Angels was incredible for their support and communication. Visiting Angels provided care for my mom and dad in 2024 & 2025; they did an excellent job in providing for their needs. After my mom passed in June 2024 we me and my sister made the decision to have one of their live in employees move into the home with my dad as we knew he needed 24 hour care. She did an excellent job also in taking care of my dad until he passed in February 2025. It is so helpful, as well as relaxing, to have a helper who can drive me to local appointments as well as help me with common household tasks.
