I met with Visiting Angels 8 or 9 months ago at their office in Scotts Valley. My inquiry was met with very competent professionalism and a large pinch of compassion. They made a home visit looking for safety issues and had several excellent suggestions that I have since completed and have eased my peace of mind. I was looking for a very specific type of caregiver. They took great care to find exactly the person that fit my husband's needs. (He has Alzheimer's Disease.) As my schedule changed I requested an additional caregiver, with again, specific skills. And again Visiting Angels brought in another terrific caregiver. I am more than pleased with their commitment to me and my husband. Thank you, Visiting Angels!

Visiting Angels has been so thoughtful and caring for my dad. It's been several years since Mom passed and they have been so kind. I often don't see them in action, I mostly know they are there. However, on several occasions, I have seen how they attend to my dad's safety and needs. They are proactive to be sure he feels secure, but they also respect his independence and his intellect. Everyone who has interacted with my dad from Visiting Angels in Scotts Valley has been stellar. Management is top notch and punctual, which I really appreciate.

This particular office employs hands down the most thoughtful, compassionate, kindhearted administration I have ever worked for. I have never felt more appreciated and genuinely cared about than I have since working here. I am regularly told “Thank-You” and sincerely recognized for my work so far. I couldn’t imagine ever leaving this quality team of people. Now I know why the community speaks so highly of them. We have used the services of Visiting Angels for almost two years. They have helped me (I am partly disabled), my wife (who has Alzheimer's Disease), and our grown children. They have made it possible for my wife to be cared for at home, rather than in an institutional setting, and they have given us much peace of mind. I have found the Visiting Angels to be caring and compassionate, as well as efficient. I recommend them without reservation.

I work for this company and I could not be more happy with my employer. The team at Visiting Angels feels more like a family than anything. They give us the tools and encouragement to do the best job we can as Home Care aides. Great company to work for I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to join a caregiving team.
