I have had a consistently positive experience with this Visiting Angels office. My mother has dementia and can be very bossy and difficult. The Angels working with her have been great and Lauren in the office goes above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommended.
I have used Visiting Angles for both of my parents and our experience has been extraordinary. Their caregivers are truly that "CARE GIVERS". The care they give was more like a family member than an outside person. Even when my Dad died and his dog was still alive, one of his care givers adapted the dog and he is living "happily ever after". Another one of my Dads caregivers volunteered to be my Dad's escort at our Son's wedding. They practiced dancing ahead of time so they could dance at the reception. I utilized Visiting Angels with multiple clients I was working with through my role as a social worker. Visiting Angels was the agency that consistently went exceeded my expectation of meeting a client in their need, collaborating with the client's care providers & medical team, and consistently used brainstorming with the team to problem solve as patient's life circumstances/needs changed over time. They truly embody compassionate care and it was a pleasure working with them.
We having been using Webster Visiting Angels for the past ten months for our 95 year old father in his 100 year old home !! We started out having a few hours a week but our Dad was so comfortable with them that we quickly increased the number of hours weekly.
