As a nurse, I've worked with Senior Helpers in two premier facilities over several years. I found them always to be responsive to the individual needs of our residents, and they were excellent at communicating with me and the families as well. I was always able to reach a live person if any issues were to arise. I know that if the residents could use the internet, they would have high praise for Senior Helpers's service as well!
They address all of the calls and they come on emergency calls.
I remain so grateful for the good care that my dad is receiving. It gives me great peace of mind.

Senior Helpers thank you for taking such good care of my Dad before he passed away. Your caregiver sat at his bedside on a wooden stool for 12 hours, rubbed his hand, spoke to him and provided him comfort and reassurance. Not many people can do that ¿ thank you.
