Never know if you're getting a good caregiver or one who's so-so. They don't pay their staff very well, which leads to frequent turn over. Could not recommend this company to anyone.
Everyone from initial contact through scheduling and caring were wonderful. Lynzie had an excellent rapport with mom, showing compassion, consideration, and kindness. They scheduled around our needs and responded promptly to questions. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Visiting Angels in Covington. The care that my mother received was EXCELLENT. The staff was very caring and kind, she could not have received better care than she received from Visiting Angels.
I needed home care for my mum and needed it quickly. Jermaine and the wonderful Covington staff responded right away. They came and met my mum. Did a full assessment of her/our needs and had someone start immediately. Kristine is wonderful. I can't thank Visiting Angels Covington enough for being our light and help when we needed it the most.
