Terrible company. Half the time I would try to call them and nobody answered the phone. Both of the caregivers they sent were not good. The first one was caught lying to me and the second one walked out on us when my dad and I were on a heated phone call. And then she had the nerve to tell her boss that she didn't feel safe around me. What a joke. First of all I had no idea she was having any trouble with me as I was trying to be friendly with her. Visiting Angels has been such a great resource and support to my mom and dad. Sharon has been so kind to mom who has Alzheimer’s and has taken on house work to ease the burden for my dad. They are easy to work with and have been accommodating when we needed to change our schedule. Highly recommend Visiting Angels!
After having shoulder surgery I connected with Visiting Angels for my recovery period. I have been so pleased with Keonni as she has been my regular person. She has helped me recover from surgery as well as encouraging gradual independence. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Thank You Visiting Angels, I woke up to a broken hospital bed, and called about 5 different people trying to figure out what to do about this bed? Jamie got it down, and gave me a Little relief, then Sergio came at night, and fixed it for me, he said he was a Mexican, not a Mexi Can’t, LOL It relieved so much stress from today.
