Make sure if you hire someone from Visiting Angels, that your disability is very visible. Do not hire them unless you 'can't move'. That is the only standard that they accept. Also don't hire them if you value privacy. If they don't approve of something you do, they will not have an adult conversation, they will make a snap judgement and interject your issue into social media as a way to shame and bully you. Visiting Angels is a wonderful company that really cares about it's client's and employees! What a blessing to be able to call myself an Angel. :)
Great company! I loved the service they provided for my family when I wasn't able to be around. Gave my grandmother flexibility to stay at her house and live independently rather than going to a home! Awesome, caring people!
