This post is in response to the negative review posted by Holly Desmarais. As the owner of Visiting Angels of Milford ,I try to ensure that all calls received by Visiting Angels are responded to with the utmost courtesy. On the day I received Ms. Desmarais' call ,the person who normally answers the phone in my office had called out sick.I had transferred my office phone to my cell phone and was driving to visit a client. I have been working with Keith for quite some time and have to say it has always been a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend working with Keith and his team any day.
Would not recommend by how the way i was talked to on the phone & i also got hung up on while asking for a specific department . If they treat people like this over the phone, how would they treat there patients , id give no stars if it was available
