My wife and I have been using Visiting Angels services since April. We now have 4 persons working with us regularly. They do an excellent job and very easy to work with. At the beginning we had a few questions that were promptly answered,
Visiting Angels has gone above and beyond in helping my husband! Our caregiver, Maria, helps him shower and get ready in the morning. She always makes sure he is safe, especially when he walks. She also shows great compassion and care for him and has become like a member of our family. Plus, the Visiting Angels staff helped us receive hours from Veterans Affairs, so we don't have to pay out of pocket for our services. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I was faced with a very complicated and stressful situation involving my handicapped accessible equipment . Tony took the time to assemble it Correctly, took the time to assure that I used it correctly (big challenge) rearranged some furniture in the kitchen to assure that I can access my food. I can not tell you how grateful I am to Tony. Not only did he accomplish what was for me the impossible, he did it with professionalism and fun.Cant praise Tony highly enough. Linda Towbin
My prayers were answered when Margaret Otabil arrived when I came home from rehab. I needed 24 hour care and hoped our personalities would blend. There couldn't be a better caregiver. Having said that.....A raise in pay would be great.
I am extremely impressed with the care that Roy is receiving from the employees from Visiting Angels. Having used another company previously, it is easy to compare the quality of care Roy is now receiving. Through Visiting Angels I feel Roy is in excellent hands. Charles, his primary care giver, not only provides the home care Roy requires but also treats Roy as a friend.
