A Social worker recommended Visiting Angels to help my sisters and I care for our mom. We were experiencing caregiver burnout and we needed help. Visiting Angels is the answer to our prayers! Everyone is wonderful- from the scheduler to the caregivers. Scheduling is easy to do and the response time is quick. The referral was placed on a Thursday, the scheduler called us on Friday and the the caregiver started on Saturday. There are caregivers available 7 days a week. Sheena is a fabulous care giver. Very patient with my Mom. I am at ease knowing she is there to check on my Mom. Stephanie did a great job getting our care plan set up and Siera is great coordinating our schedule. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience! I would highly recommend.

Visiting Angels senior home care Annapolis was prompt and easy and helpful in putting me at ease as I searched for companion care for myself. I found their representatives to be knowledgeable and willing to work with my schedule as I would be coming home from the hospital and needing care while family was out of town. Today was not an easy day for our family, but the bright spot was Deborah. She came to care for our grandfather/father/husband the day he came home from rehab. He needed a lot of help, she was encouraging and provided more than just physical care. She guided us through the transition home and made us laugh and smile.
