Made an at home visit for my sister with Matt at 2pm. An hour before, he called to confirm but l had clear idea he didn't want to come. We confirmed. Time of appt, no Matt. He called a couple of times. At 2:30, he still wasn't there. Called saying he was in traffic. He didn't prepare himself to be on-time. He was unprofessional and uncaring as to our time.
