Phenomenal care from a phenomenal company. They gave such great assistance to one of my close family members in need.
I was very nervous hiring a caregiver to take care of my mom because that is my mom, as time passed I could see the happiness in my mom and know she was in great hands. Not only is she our caregiver but truly an angel, one of the best decisions me and my family made.
Not a good experience. No arrival after scheduling, poor communication, unprofessional caregiver, and now long delay in receiving deposit. The response received from Visiting Angels was not accurate. I did call the after hours tel # and sent an email to the care coordinator. Still does not excuse no one showing up to care for an elderly fragile woman.
