We did have a tiny glitch at first, speaking in detail, then finding out that it wasn't the right office for our part of town. I recommend getting your address into the initial conversation first. My dad's hospice care came suddenly, and we were completely exhausted, and I wanted someone "yesterday", hoping and praying for someone very soon, and our 1st angel came the 2nd morning, 7 a.m., which was such a relief.
