Worst place I have ever interviewed with.. I felt judged immediately after I walked in. She then handed me a test she basically rushed me through it. So when i finished she comes to me and says I need you to take a drug test (cool that’s expected) but what really took a turn was when I finished the urine test and sat back down, she then lied and said my test came back positive . I’ve been doing health care for 5 years and I’ve never done any type of drug. Very insulting and unprofessional

akron area understaffed with help. u dont get the same aide. non experienced help .they hire any one off the streets that can pass a background test. over booking.clients too. there are 544499876 billion.home care agencies out there. dont let the name fool you. please

Visiting Angels is an excellent agency if you are looking for in home care for your loved one. The Care Professionals and office staff truly care about the welfare of your loved one and only want to provide the optimum in care not only for physical needs, but emotional and social needs as well. The whole person is treated not just the disease/disorder.

Terrible place of establishment to work for. Doesn’t even listen to their employees side of the story before deciding to terminate. Goes off of mere hearsay with no warning to employee. ABSURD set of rules to follow, assuming that’s why they are always looking for help. Would not recommend anyone to this company.
