In 2019, our family contacted Visiting Angels to obtain their caregiver services for our Mother who has Dementia. We've had their services for over a year and can't be happier with the service that has been provided to our Mother. They have the best caregivers
We had two home health aides from Visiting Angels taking care of my mom. They were absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond with whatever was asked of them in taking care of her needs. Without their assistance, she would not have been able to stay in her own home for as long as she did. The administrative staff are knowledgeable and dependable; always returned telephone calls and offered assistance and suggestions. The owner, Sue Heinle, is a gem. My father, John W., passed away on 3/30 and was receiving home hospice care and overnight help from Visiting Angels. The compassion and assistance he received (as well as supportive care for my mother and I) was truly a blessing. Words cannot fully express our gratitude. I would like to thank Staci Rogers, Kate, and all of his overnight caregivers for helping us during this difficult time - you are true angels.
I love the organization I work for. The staff truly cares about our caregivers and clients.
