After the sudden passing of our nephew who was the sole caregiver to our sister, we needed urgent support because we are out of state. One phone call and 15 hours later Margie was at the door. She was incredible, unflappable, kind, helpful, and a wonderful resource. Even a 90 year old neighbor from across the street who got to meet her wanted Visiting Angels contact info. Excellent screening of potential client and setting with suggestions to improve safety / care. Management encourages open communication and is flexible, accommodates schedule / hours changes. The caregiver that came to us is experienced and more than meets our requirements. A self starter who demonstrates initiative, experience and good judgement in prioritizing tasks and maintains high productivity. Takes a personal interest in the safety and happiness of the client. Overall, extremely pleased with Visiting Angels.
