I would see Farrah. I have HS and have delt with it for years. Approximately 10 years. She was able to run a bunch of test and found out I had insulin resistance. I’ve never walked in there feeling out of place. If I suspected something they took me serious. The front desk lady knew me by name! She also was able to refer me to see someone for my mental heath. The ONLY reason I stopped going was because my insurance dropped me. As soon as I get insurance I’ll be back!!
Out of the doctors I had in my whole life..not one treated me with respect, brushed off my concerns, didn't care about trying to get to the root of the issue, but the the doctor here not only took the extra step to find out my issue with my back, she took the time to listen to all my ridiculous concerns and talked me through it, I have missing teeth due to health issue and she didn't look down on me or gave me a weird look and keeps her eyes on me with a big smile and took the extra step to reassure me..she interacts with my... read more
Lindsey Kate and her office have been exceptional to work with. They are highly professional and understanding. When I faced the emergency of my psychiatrist’s passing, Primary Care of Ada was the only place that had someone available to answer the phone who understood the severity of my situation. They were knowledgeable and empathetic. I would wholeheartedly recommend Primary Care of Ada and Lindsey Kate. Thank you for helping me when I needed it most!
Lindsey Kates is a not a nurse to trust. If you need benzos she will give em to you. Although, on the first visit there is no drug tests.. if you upset Her by reporting the truth, you are no longer given that privilege. She is willing to make excuses for her staff being inappropriate, but If you make a mistake, she will throw you out. She lets her receptionists talk about people openly, but doesn't allow the injured party to express their displeasure without consequences.
