I wish I read reviews before scheduling my 11 yoa for a vaccine. I'd give this a zero star if possible. I scheduled the appointment online, including when his first dose was given. The very professional tech called to inform me the nurse was a 1 to 1.5 hours late reporting to work so our appointment time was delayed and we should show up an hour later. They had difficulty spelling my name. This is common all my life - never mind my name is English! They kept trying until they figured it out. I am offended by all the bad reviews.
