I had a rough experience at Visionworks starting out and got no resolve from either corporate or the store general manager. They actually frustrated me further. I greatly appreciate Robin going above and beyond to get me taken care of. An acknowledgement and a simple apology, goes a long way. Robin is clearly extremely competent in both the vision field and the basics of customer service. RecommendedThis place is AWESOME !!! Had the BEST experience yesterday when I went in for my eye exam and to buy two new pairs of glasses. The customer service was Wonderful. Each person I encountered, treated me with the utmost respect. I was made to feel like I was important. From my eye exam with Tim Freeh, to help with picking out my Vintage inspired frames with Rhena (sorry if misspelled) and a Friendly staff who made me feel comfortable through the entire process, I am ever so Grateful to have chosen Visionworks for my eye care. ... read more
