Every single staff member at the Birkdale location is AMAZING! My husband and I both had exams and purchased new glasses. We were in and out in a timely manner but without feeling rushed. Taylor was especially patient and helpful as I struggled to make a frame decision. We definitely recommend Visionworks!

I arrived early for my 5:20 p.m. appointment, completed the initial testing, and then waited until 6:00 p.m. without being seen or receiving any update. When I told the staff I was leaving, the response was simply, “Ok, no worries. Have a good one.” Delays happen, but the lack of communication and concern was poor customer service. I had an eye exam here last year and the experience was completely different.
Loved the whole experience!
