Awesome experience recently @ Visionworks Birkdale. Staff was professional and efficient. Emani did a great job helping me find glasses that work and spent time explaining everything really well.
I had a great experience from the time I walked in and when I walked out!!! EVERYONE was kind and welcoming and Taylar helped me make my decision on which pair of glasses looked best on me! Don’t got by any bad reviews, some people will give a bad review over something that can be fixed!!! I recommend them 10 out of 10!!!
Went expecting great service based on the reviews. Had a 2pm appointment, arrived on time, and the black woman at the counter on 8/30/25 said it wasn’t confirmed because no insurance was uploaded. We showed her that only the confirmation text was as received-there was no email or text asking for insurance pictures. She had a “welp” attitude and didn’t care to rectify the issue or try to figure out what was wrong. Very disappointing to be turned around with no explanation after taking the 30 min drive.
Went for my annual and to order new lenses and frames and the service was absolutely amazing. Had to make a couple of trips back to get the new glasses and make some changes, and every time I had the best experience with the absolute best customer service anyone could ask for. Lauren and Taylar were fantastic. They always went above and beyond to make sure everything was set, and I always left with a smile.
