Very please with the services rendered.I highly recommend this location friendly and considerate.
The manager, Lauren, was extremely rude. The store has a 10 minute grace period for appointments. I was 5 minutes late (called to let them know) and I did not have my ID number for my insurance with me. I needed to call my husband for the number I did not obtain the number within the 10 minute grace period and with a rude attitude I was told that was the last appointment and that I would not be seen. I will not return to a Visionworks chain.
Best service every time.
