Family of 9 customers lost because of the Bayonne NJ store not accommodating one member needed eye exam until December???? Than when you call corporate that left me on hold 48 minutes and chat told me they cannot help call the store. Are you kidding me BYE!!!!!!!
My doctor was very thorough and nice. The entire staff was awesome. They followed all of the safety procedures. Helped me pick out glasses and helped me get the best deal for my money. I will recommend them 100 times over.

You can get an appointment but you can never get a hold of them after and they NEVER answer their phones. Incredibly frustrating!!!
While the doctor is great and they have a great selection of frames, THEY NEED TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Trying to setup an appointment to pick up glasses. Online scheduling is a joke. If someone would just pick up the phone, that’d be great.

Do not both trying to call. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes calling the store location.
Nobody ever answers the phone at this location. But what’s funny is I been in there for appointments and they are always on the phone 🤷 after being on hold for 30 minutes the call gets transferred to corporate office and they send a fax over to the branch asking them to call me, but I never hear anything from anyone. Crappy service

Getting in contact with Visionworks on the phone is nearly impossible. During a global pandemic it would make a lot of sense to make associates more available not less.
Not following safe practices for COVID-19 spread. Far too many people in waiting areas, grease spots from others visible on machines they expect you to put your face on. Those administering the tests are not medical professionals. Patronizing tone when you advocate for your own health. Try to up sell you on medical eye testing you do not need just to bill insurance. Save time and just see an Opthamologist.
