Made an appointment to pick up glasses and to drop off a pair to add blue light to the lenses. The store associate wouldn’t take the glasses because the manager was on break. I was told to come back instead of leaving the glasses. Not my issue that the manager was on break as I had an appointment. Now I will find a new place to purchase glasses since they obviously don’t want business.
Absolutely nothing do I recommend about Visionworks. Their glasses are terribly made!

Dr. Cavender explained everything to me in detail and was very friendly! I'm getting bifocals for the first time so I had many questions that she took the time to answer. I highly recommend her as an eye doctor! The staff, Gabby, Dawn, and Tabitha, were very patient with me as I picked out my new frames. They also helped me figure out the best way to use my insurance benefits. I highly recommend this vision place!

I was just seen there yesterday! Had an appointment at 6, after getting through with my eye exam it was around 7:10, and yes they close at 7 so after I came out of my eye exam I was told by the optometrist to look at glasses BUT the ladies and the one guy up front wanted us to leave because they were closed. Shocked my husband and I that we was so rudely rushed out so I asked for my prescription and I’ll take it elsewhere. Excellent COVID protocols-felt very safe. Knowledgable and friendly staff-felt that they cared about me as a customer. Great follow thru to work out insurance issues with their corporate office...plus they delivered the perfect pair of glasses/lenses which seems to be tricky for other suppliers (independent and large retail). Thank you. I applaud everyone at this location!

Absolutely horrible. They have owed me a pair of glasses since March 7. I understand covid, but they have reopened. No one answers phone, calls back, responds to emails. This place is absolutely awful! And by the way I ALREADY PAID FOR MY GLASSES!!!!!
For the most part I’m satisfied but the pickup appointment was not what I thought it would be as in the past! I was handed my glasses by the door, told to try them on & if needed, they would adjust them & they did need to be adjusted. I was not offered a seat where I usually am given something to read to see if they are ok. I guess I just have to go to see if I can read the newspaper print. Not happy about this at all!
