The associates at Vision Works are very knowledgeable and helpful with all of your glasses need. My associate was Jeff and he explained everything that I may have needed and was great. This was not the first time that I have purchased glasses at Vision Works and it won’t be the last.
Love Visionworks!! They make you feel taken care of from the minute you walk through the doors. Been going there for the last 3 years and I have no intention of leaving them !! The only downside is that you have to wait for your glasses. It would be nice if they had an in-store lab so you could get your glasses faster.
Waiting over 30min just to pick up a pair of glasses for a family member is absolutely ridiculous. Staff does not greet.
We came for a couple places before and we totally been treated really good by Jennie at the mall las palmeras visionworks shop. We’ve been there even lit bit late than 7 pm but again the staff was great and patience with us til we finished. The information was amazing and we decided to order a second one and we totally recommended. Thanks in special to Jennie, we need more people working like her, so nice!!!
