Booked an appointment and was told my insurance is covered. Upon arriving at the location I was told "we just took over the office today and are having problems with insurance". Waste of time.
I received prompt and excellent services from the time I walked into the store . The staff informed me of additional discounts and were kind and patient in helping me.
Vision works had exactly what I needed. U was able to get in with my prescription and find a great set of frames. The associate who waited on me was able to navigate the insurance i have while making sure my progressive lens had transition and no glare with a great attitude. All in all I'm very happy with my experience from the appointment.
