The customer service people and Visionworks at the Barboursville Mall in Huntington West Virginia, are always very professional and nice. And the quality of the eyeglasses/lenses is so much better than other places I've been. They hard bake on the coating on the lenses whereas other places that I have been just dip the lenses in the coating, and the lenses at the other places maybe last 6 months and then start peeling. But it Vision Works the lenses last indefinitely, I have yet to have any of my glasses from there go bad on... read more
I had a very good experience shopping for new glasses at Visionworks. I didn’t feel pressured to buy more than what I needed, and the associate was very helpful in helping me find the best deal possible.

I had a great experience getting my glasses! The person working which I think was maybe the general manager was so friendly and helpful. He was very patient while I picked out frames and just overall all a great experience!
The process of selecting glasses and getting measurements for progressive lenses went very smoothly. Trey was very helpful . Recommend visiting the store when you are considering new eyewear.
