Service is great and they don't rush you through the process. Had to get a warranty replacement ordered and went to a closer location. My glasses were still shipped to Roseville and I was called when they arrived to be sure I didn't want my glasses picked up at the closer location they saw I had gone to. It wasn't their stores error but that call made everything right regardless. Will still take the 30 minute drive for my exams because this is the place.
They tested my sunglasses regarding UV protection and she also cleaned the sunglasses free
Excellent friendly service from all the staff , they went above and beyond to help me oryan was so helpful she brought a sample lens so I can try it on the doctor she was super nice, Paul and Kaitlyn are so helpful they did the exam and helped me get the frame that I liked , also they are cheaper than Costco ! Me and my niece went in for eye exams and new glasses. This is my first time getting glasses and I am covered by aetna. I asked the guy at the counter to check if im covered and he checked, BUT failed to inform me that Visionworks is out-of-network. I only paid a co-pay and left with a new pair of glasses, however just recieved a bill for over 300 dollars from my insurance. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED myself but they could have told me I was out of network before billing me and my insurance and going through the process. Overall t... read more
By far the best experience I have had at an eye doctor ever. Yara was absolutely amazing in helping me choose the best pairs of frames for me. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend!!
