When going to Visionworks I recommend the receptionist Nelvy L. She is a very nice person and bilingual. She will be very helpful.
Love this entire office! Lisa was absolutely wonderful!! Not only did she help me find the perfect glasses but she even got coloring supplies out for my little ones while we were looking around. She also listened to all my concerns and issues I've had in the the past with previous glasses and gave awesome recommendations. The blue screen glare was a lifesaver. Thank you so much!
I was in a pinch at the end of 2018 and had to use my flex spending or it was gone. I went to Visionworks in Howell and Lisa A was there to help. After the new year I came back to have prescription filled and again Lisa A was there to help. Glasses came in this week. I took them home but they were to tight. I went there tonite and Lisa A was able to help. She is an asset to Visionworks and truly appreciate her help.

The customer service here is outstanding. I came in looking for a pair of glasses to replace an old pair that had gotten destroyed. I was checked in on repeatedly by the staff as I was shopping around, which was really thoughtful and helpful. The conversation is always pleasant, never rushed or pressured. Lisa A. was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Thank you guys!
Dr Ahmed was absolutely wonderful. Very nice and thorough. The staff was also very helpful. Great customer service.
Great customer service and experience! The Doctor made sure I was comfortable with the new lenses and Lisa Alger was excellent helping pick out a new pair of glasses - would definitely recommend!
