I was in Visonworks Howell today for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses (I simply could not wait until all this Covid19 stuff passes whenever that may be). It was a very comfortable and safe experience. My temperature was taken upon entry. I was the only patient in the store. Everyone had on masks and gloves including myself, and everything was disinfected before and right after it was touched by myself or the staff. Social distancing is in effect inside the store. Went into Visionworks for my exam. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The staff there is extremely helpful and friendly. I dealt with Reinaldo and it was a pleasure.
I had the best experience picking out glasses at Visionworks in Howell. I've been postponing getting a new pair of glasses for YEARS because I was dreading picking out the perfect pair for my face. Thankfully, Reinaldo was there to save the day. Not only did he help me pick out the perfect pair of eyeglasses, but I was able to get a new pair of sunglasses too! Walked in for my nose pads broke on my glasses and he replaced them and even went further and tighten the screws and cleaned them for me!
