There saff needs to work better. When you have a 10:30 apt. and not taken care of until12:15 is bad Thje saff also talks down on customers.

Dr. Michael A Bertucci & his staff were very polite & helpful. Dr told me things about my meds that I've been on for years & how they can affect my eyes no one has ever mentioned before, knows his stuff & it was good to know! Alex assisted me with my glasses selections & purchase options & was very helpful, knowledgable & pleasant. I'm glad I found them!
I visited the Highland location and Ms.Virginia Rios Cicena was extremely helpful.She went thru everything with me step by step and told me exactly what my insurance covered.She was very knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs.She is the best of the best if you visit that location you definitely need to see her.

I started coming here almost two years ago and I was amazed by how nice everyone is. I kept coming here because I liked everyone who works here. They actually care about you. I have even brought in new people. Great place and my glasses always come in early.
I love this branch. The staff is amazing and they are always willing to help and offer advice. Fixed my glasses in 5 minutes!
