I'm highly disappointed in the experience I had in the store today. I arrived early for my 1PM appointment and the registration line took nearly 30 minutes. After I gave my name they stated that I was booked for Sunday Jan. 3rd. I know this to be incorrect because I was confirmed on Saturday the 2nd and the store is even closed on Sundays.
