Just spent 20 minutes waiting to see a doc with absolutely no other patients in the building. The store manager opened his exam room twice to remind him someone was waiting to be seen and he still sat in his office. They’ve lost my business.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors.
Making an Appointment doesn't mean you will be seen. After waiting more than an hour past my appointment time I go to the restroom. When I come out the receptionist tells me the doctor finally came outto get mebut took another patient back :-( guess where I willnot come for my next eye exam.
