Taken care of thoroughly and my appointment for next procedure was set while in office..
The staff is friendly and helpful, they have a large selection of frames
The team was not even willing to help me find my insurance. I work in healthcare and we do this for patients all the time. Will not be returning!!!!

paid over $350 for a pair of glasses. granted I was probably past the deadline for picking them up.. yet they had my glasses case and lens without any sunglass vision like they were supposed to have. but no actual glass frames. I might not of been so upset after them telling me im absolutely screwed.. but clearly I shouldnt be totally out that kinda money when they had half my order. alls I can say is wow..wow..wow.
Had an appointment and they still saw customers that didn’t have an appointment before us, Lost our paperwork that had our social security number on it. Took way to long
