this is my second trip to visionworks in the last two years! they are very thorough, very nice and good at what they do. i got my glasses back (on my first visit) within 5 days!! getting new prescription and new glasses, plus contacts this time! love going here! no where else better than visionworks!
Terrible. Don’t waste your time or money. They need to push customer service as much as they push you to pick out some of their subpar frames. And the optometrist, I rate her at zero. Worse experience from a medical professional. I took my prescription and left. To be honest, I really don’t even trust it. Like who doesn’t explain the dialation recess to people who have never had it done before?
Excellent staff and fantastic service. First time i had eyes dialeted explained it great!
Just had the best Vision appmnt, ask for Dr. Burkart. He's through and I mean it. Spent about an hour with him. Checking things I never had checked. He reminds me of my personal Dr. Because of the questions he asks, never knew that the meds I take have an impact on our vision (high blood pressure). Trust me this guy is 100% real.
