I will not be going back to VisionWorks in Avon. In my mind, they have gone down hill. The condition of the demo glasses was disgusting. It made me question all the equipment they use. When I brought it to the attention of the Dr., he said "That's all we'd be doing all day, if we had to clean 3000 pairs of glasses." I asked if they would consider having wipes for customer use and he told me "the ladies at the front desk would be happy to help me check out." UM??! WTF?
